Gréta is a curious soul and a creative by heart, and she follows the flow of inspiration wherever it leads her. She started exploring different forms of creation at a young age and simply knew that this type of flow would always be a part of her journey. Since then, she has taken on many projects and missions to grow herself, her spirit, and her artistic nerve. Her first years were mainly spent dancing at the Icelandic Ballet Academy, writing songs and poems, and singing and acting whenever she got the chance. Her passion for drama was pushed to the forefront when she attended the Iceland University of the Arts for drama studies and graduated as an actress.
Gréta has released an improv album in collaboration with the Ukrainian artist Make Like a Tree. Their album was inspired by Icelandic nature and folklore and is called ÞOKA, or mist in Icelandic. Gréta has also actively sought out the opportunity to spread out positive impact by joining the student union of the art university. She has also worked for many years at the conference and concert hall Harpa where she surrounds herself with inspiring situations and people. She is also a member of the entertainment committee in Harpa. Finally, Gréta is very interested in growing the mind and body in a healthy and holistic way, and her podcast, The Goddess - Diary, seeks out the best ways for women to nourish themselves in a spiritual aspect.
